ESTILO GERENCIAL DEL PERSONAL DIRECTIVO COMO ELEMENTO CLAVE DEL TRABAJO EN EQUIPO EN LAS INSTITUCIONES EDUCATIVAS

Resumen

ResumenEl propósito de este estudio consistió en analizar el estilo gerencial del personal directivo como elemento clave del trabajo en equipo en la Escuela Técnica Industrial Nacional “Mariano Fernández Fortique” (Robinsoniana), en Cagua, Estado Aragua. La problemática se abordó desde el enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño de la investigación fue no experimental transeccional, el tipo de investigación fue de campo, de nivel descriptivo. Los datos se obtuvieron a través de la encuesta cuyo cuestionario fue aplicado a la muestra conformada por veinticinco (25) individuos entre el personal directivo y docentes de aula. El análisis cuantitativo de los datos se realizó a través de la estadística descriptiva. Se concluyó que en la institución educativa objeto de estudio, coexisten diversos estilos gerenciales, y de acuerdo al estilo gerencial que ponga en práctica el directivo favorecerá en mayor o menor medida el trabajo en equipo. The problem was addressed from the quantitative approach, the research design was non-experimental transectional, the type of research was of field, the descriptive level. The datas were obtained through the survey whose questionnaire was applied to the sample comprised of twentyfive (25) individuals among the directive staff and classroom teachers. The quantitative analysis of the datas to realize through of the descriptive statistics. It was concluded that in the educational institution object the study, coexist various managerial styles, and according to the managerial style that put into practice the directive will favor to in greater or smaller extent the teamwork.
