LAS LÍNEAS DE INVESTIGACIÓN: FORMULACIÓN Y DESARROLLO DESDE LA UNIVERSIDAD EMERGENTE

ResumenLa Línea de Investigación, como herramienta para la producción de conocimiento, planteada con mucha frecuencia tanto, por los organismos supervisores como por los centros de educación superior, en base a la legitimación de programas de pre y postgrado de las universidades. Ello ha hecho que aparezcan las Líneas de investigación basadas en el llenado de formatos o como simples Cartas de Identidad, cuya función y producción de sus actores es casi o totalmente desconocida tanto intra como extrainstucionalmente. Esto debe llevar a reflexionar sobre el papel fundamental que juega la Línea, los programas, los estudios y proyectos de investigación como herramienta de consolidación de la política de producción de conocimiento de la Universidad Emergente. Este artículo aspira a convertirse en una publicación de mayor alcance. Contiene fundamentalmente tres aspectos: el primero aspecto es la identificación de la investigación como la base de la universidad moderna, aludiendo a nuestras instituciones emergentes. El segundo aspecto se refiere a la Línea como estrategia para el desarrollo de la política de investigación de la Universidad, y el tercer aspecto se vincula a lo operativo de la Línea como herramienta para el desarrollo de programa de investigación contextualizado socialmente.Palabras clave: Universidad Emergente, Línea de Investigación, tipos, estructura, objetivos, política de investigación.AbstractThe Line of Investigation, as tool for the production of knowledge, raised with very frequency, so much for the organisms, supervisors as for the centers of superior education, on the basis of the legitimization of programs of pre and specialization of the universities. It has done that appear the Lines of Investigation based on the filling format or as simple Letters of Identity, which function and production of his actors is almost or untotally known so many intra since as extrainstucionalmente. This must lead this to thinking about the fundamental paper(role) that plays the Line, the programs, the studies and projects of investigation as tool of consolidation of the politics of production of knowledge of the Emergent University. This article aspires to turn into a publication of bigger scope. It contains fundamentally three aspects: first aspect is the identification of the investigation as the base of the modern university, alluding to our emergent institutions. The second aspect refers to the Line as strategy for the development of the politics of investigation of the University, and the third aspect links itself to the operative of the Line as tool for the development of program of investigation to put into perspective socially.Key words: Emergent university, line of investigation, types, structure, objectives, Politics of investigation.
